Belle X2: Support & Troubleshooting Guide

🔌 Setting Up & Charging Your Belle X2

The Belle X2 provides the longest operational life available—running for **up to 45 days** on a single charge.

  • Plug the provided desktop charging cradle into a working wall outlet.
  • Set the Belle X2 down directly into the pocket of the cradle.
  • The device speaker will clearly chime and say: “Charging.”
  • A full battery top-off takes **2 to 3 hours**. The indicator light turns to a **solid red** once complete.

🚨 Understanding the Watch Face & Pendant Status Lights

The built-in indicator ring wrapped directly around the central call button displays your connection properties in real time:

Light Pattern Device Status What to Do
🔵 Solid Blue Active SOS Connection The system is dialing out. Wait for the live specialist to greet you.
🔴 Flashing Red (In Cradle) Actively Charging The battery is filling up. Leave it in place until full.
🔴 Solid Red (In Cradle) 100% Fully Charged The battery is at maximum capacity. You can safely remove it.
🔘 No Light Visible Standby State Normal behavior. The indicator turns off while worn to preserve power.

⏱️ Initiating an Emergency or Weekly System Test

The Belle X2 uses dual noise-canceling microphones alongside advanced eSIM internal tracking chips to stabilize outdoor connections.

  1. Press and hold the prominent center **SOS Button** until the light ring turns blue.
  2. The device speaker will loudly play ringtones and state: “Call in progress.”
  3. Speak directly into the front grille of the pendant.
  4. If you are running a routine weekly check-in, tell the answering team: “This is just a routine system test.”

📍 Advanced Location Services & Proprietary Homing Tech

The Belle X2 leverages a powerful tracking array including GPS, WiFi, and cellular network triangulation. It uniquely includes proprietary **homing technology**, allowing responders to track the signal precisely if a user is inside a multi-story building or dense retirement home complex.

Caregiver Mobile App Tracking:

Family members can open the synchronized mobile smartphone application to trace device placement history, audit live battery levels, and ping the homing trackers remotely.

🧼 Water-Resistance (IP67) & Lanyard Maintenance
  • Shower and Bath Protection: The Belle X2 features an official IP67 water-resistance rating. It is completely safe to wear under running shower water, which is where the vast majority of accidental falls happen.
  • Gold Pin Maintenance: Wipe the localized copper contacts on the rear cover with a soft dry cloth every couple of weeks. This removes dust or natural oils to ensure flawless connections when docked.
  • Low Battery Alerts: If the battery drops to a low level, the device will say “Battery low, please charge”. It also syncs an immediate push alert straight to the family caregiver app.
