The Mytrex LTE requires adequate cellular coverage at the location where the base station is installed. We can check and test the connection during installation. The system does not require a home telephone line.
Fall detection requires a compatible fall-detection pendant and is not a standard feature of every pendant or wristband. No fall-detection system can detect every fall. Always press your help button when assistance is needed and you are able to do so.
