The Mytrex MXD requires a compatible working home telephone connection. If you do not have home telephone service, ask us about the Mytrex LTE, which uses a cellular connection instead.
Fall detection requires a compatible fall-detection pendant and is not a standard function of every wristband or pendant. No fall-detection system can detect every fall. Always press your help button when you need assistance and are able to do so.
